How do I explain the pain? How do I explain the fear? How do I explain the emptiness? How do I explain the sadness? Like the splashing of blood, when the dagger slides slowly but deeply into the heart I lost interest in everything. Lost interest and appetite And suddenly became mean. I may smile, I may gist, I may look just fine But deep down, my heart is filled, Filled with sadness, And lots of unanswered questions! The more I ask, the more the pain. I don’t know me anymore. I don’t know what has become of me, I am now a stranger to myself. But then He whispers unto me, I know who you are child. I know you by name. I know the plans I have for you,” “plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29
So fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
You came in to our lives and you brightened our countenance, You embraced everyone that comes to you and showered love recklessly, You were selfless wanting to impact life’s at all point, You loved humanitarian services, no wonder you taught the kids principles for a successful life, You cared for the sick and all you wanted was to see humanity healthy, Dr our heart seems heavy, we miss the genuine smiles, the impact you left with us is undeniable, Oo death you have picked a general who knows to stay on his post no matter the pressure, Death you slowly came in to the company of the great and you picked a mentor whose genuine heart was an example to all, As a person and as a community we miss you, This wound is fresh in our heart, Our only consolation is that you are in a better place, We long to see you and we long to be with you, We love you and we can never forget you, You have won a trophy in our heart and that cannot be denied, Tribute to a fallen general, you are not just an army man, You are a general in heart and disposition, Love you big, rest well general, see you in time to come.
The Most Important Thing is to Try everyday
at least if you won’t act, just do “The Thinking” daily
When the gods give you a proper Knock on the head
for Toying with your Talent,
You Will Act Somehow it Worked for me.
– Diary of an Earthling, z.g.barwa [Dialogue wit Malaikan Arewa]
I love it when people look down on me.
I love it when people take advantage of me
I love it when people think they are wiser than me.
I love it when people think I am a fool for being simple.
I love it when people take my act of forgiveness for amnesia
I love it when people take my gentility for weakness
I love it when people insult me.
I love it when I am being back stabbed
I love it because it has taught me who to avoid, who to trust and who to devote my time to. Above all it helped me to know who my real friends are and how to place them right exactly where they belong.
And this just makes me love them more, because deep inside me they make me a better person
It has taught me leasons I never learnt within the four walls of a school. I don’t beef them but I have become wiser and i see the world through them.
